Kayla Kuebler is the woman behind the vision of Maplewood Farms. With the completion of this incredible property, her dream is now a reality. Avid horsewoman, Judge, Steward and entrepreneur. Kayla is no stranger to ambitious projects and big ideas. This is apparent when you walk through the doors of Maplewood Farms.

Kayla’s love for horses has been with her all throughout her life. She has trained in the disciplines of Hunter/Jumper, Eventing, Barrel Racing, Driving, Trail, Halter and Showmanship but her greatest love remains with Dressage where she is now a Western Dressage Judge, and avid competitor. Competing at 3 World Championships now in 6 short years with 5 different horses, all placing in the top 11. Her dream was to have a premium property for her horses to reside and with Maplewood Farms that dream is now a reality. Kayla’s horses are family members and this is evident to all who visit this exquisite property.

Kayla always had a passion for nutrition and fitness in herself and the horses. After attending the University of Manitoba and studying agriculture, she decided that university of Guelph was were she needed to be. Most of her time was spent studying Business, Equine Nutrition, and Equine Welfare. Now each day this comes in to practice for her.

 As a coach, Kayla focuses on developing good communication and a successful partnership between horse and rider, while prioritizing safety and education in all aspects of life. She believes that regardless of a rider’s ambitions, they should understand and practice true horsemanship at all times. She shares her years of experience generously and fosters a love of horses in all her students while always maintaining a positive attitude and having fun in the process.
